Dr. Zoe Boyle is Orchestra's head of research and Milton Winter's replacement. Zoe is Roman Skouras's head researcher and loyal confidant at Orchestra, who runs the research program following Winter's departure - working to continue experiments with the other talented telepaths at the facility.
Background[]
Zoe helped Winter raise Bo, and cares about her very deeply: she remains a common ground that allows them to trust each other. Zoe also sees her as one of a kind, and wants her returned to Orchestra for her own safety. She is aware, however, that Winter took Bo as the military would use her as a weapon, as well as the possibility Bo's health could degrade due to her abilities.
Zoe isn't comfortable with Skouras's excessive experimentation methods, but is in no position to challenge his authority. Later, however, she acts as an inside source to a journalist in an effort to expose Orchestra - Zoe feels the people behind the Orchestra program are dangerous and must be exposed.
